The Validus Group comprises the Nordic region's leading companies and brands in the fields of health food, duty free goods and beauty care.
The owners of the Validus Group are Terje Stykket (51% of the shares) and Norgesgruppen ASA. The Validus Group consists of the wholly-owned companies Validus Engros, VITA, Validus Butikkdrift and Alternativ mat. In addition, Validus owns 52% of shareholdings in Swedish company Bringwell, 50% of Travel Retail Norway and 48% of VAMI.
